CONSERVATORY STAFF
The staff of the Conservatory is always available to help students and their families. For a consultation with the Executive Director, an appointment is recommended. Questions on registration, enrollment, scheduling, rescheduling, tuition, payment, cancellation, withdrawal, and makeup should be addressed directly to the Conservatory's office. It is the responsibility of the student and /or parent to notify the office when problems arise, whether financial, instructional or personal. Every effort will be made to respond to individual needs.

TUITION PAYMENT
Tuition is payable in two ways. 1) Full payment at the time of registration or 2) Three equal payments per semester: first payment is due at the time of registration; second payment is due prior or at the 4 th lesson; and the third payment is due prior or at the 10 th lesson.

Note: Tuition for Summer Semester is due in full at the time of registration. Exceptions can be made by request.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY
The Conservatory reserves the right to charge $15 late fee on overdue (more than 15 days) accounts.

LATE REGISTRATION
Tuition is pro-rated for students who register after the Semester has begun. For group lessons, late registration is available only during the first two weeks of the classes based on availability.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept personal checks, money order, cash and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). There is $20 service charge for any check returned by the bank.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY
If discontinuation is unavoidable, the Conservatory will accept withdrawal after the completion of a Withdrawal Form (available at the office). If the withdrawal request is made to the Conservatory office in writing prior to the first official lesson, tuition is refunded 100%. Prior to the second lesson, 70% is refunded. Prior to the third lesson $50%. After the third lesson no tuition is refunded. Only students paying one payment per semester are eligible for tuition refunds. Students using payment plans are not eligible for tuition refunds after the first lesson.

DISCONTINUATION POLICY
The Conservatory reserves the right to discontinue lessons of any student due to frequent absence (more than 3 consecutive lessons), frequent tardiness, delinquency in payment of tuition, or failure to abide by policy.

ATTENDANCE & MAKEUP POLICY
Regular attendance is expected. No credits or refunds will be given for missed lessons. Lessons missed by the Conservatory will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. The Conservatory assumes no obligation to makeup or reschedule lessons missed by the student. Although, the student who misses a lesson due to excused absence, such as illness and gives the office 24 hour notice may request a make-up lesson once a semester (scheduled at the convenience of the instructor or a substitute may be acquired). Lessons that are canceled because of the inclement weather or long holidays will be made up during the makeup week.

PLACEMENT
Placement of each student with a particular instructor is carefully and individually considered at the time of enrollment. If the change of instructor is recommended by the instructor, or desired by the student or parent, proper handling of the matter should be referred to the office.
